What is User Testing?
It’s a branch of UX design that serves as the “Testing” phase before you release the product to the market to make sure it functions properly and to understand the mind of the customer, which should not be understated. If your product isn’t simple and clean, it won’t last long. Since first impressions are so important, you need to make sure it’s your best foot!
As the Testing User, I will play the role of the customer and go in blind. I will screen share my monitor and you will get my first impressions of the site.

I will go in blind together with you over a recorded Zoom call and you will see what grabs my attention, the buttons I press, my thoughts spoken out loud as I think them so you can understand my rationale.
